“CXM solution” is an omnichannel marketing service developed by NTT Data for financial institutions using Red Hat's “Red Hat Decision Manager”. By leveraging rules engine technology, NTT Data has succeeded in strengthening relationships with mass retailers and improving the end-user experience, which has been difficult for traditional financial institutions to achieve. NTT Data wants to spread this service beyond the financial industry, and I had the opportunity to direct and produce the promotional video for the CXM solution service as a sales tool.
