The project "GUNDAM GLOBAL CHALLENGE" was launched in 2014 by Yoshiyuki Tomino, the original creator and general director of "Mobile Suit Gundam", in pursuit of his dream of creating a full-scale moving Gundam. Almost 40 years after the TV animation "Mobile Suit Gundam" was aired in 1979, that dream finally came true. This is the Gundam Factory Yokohama. I was honored to be in charge of graphics and motion design for the Pilot View, which provides visitors with an immersive experience of the 18m life-size "moving Gundam" from the perspective of a pilot, as well as other motion graphics in the exhibition facilities.
